The old process of getting the 150mb is no longer working, so follow this new process.
Send D to 5900, mtn will send you a message but sometimes they won't but to check whether you have received the 150mb just dial *559*2#.
Etisalat Simple Server Setting For Pc User
1. Download Simple Server For Mtn 150mb For Pc
2. The app is in zip format extract it by using winrar on your pc
3. Just open the extracted sas folder and look for "simple server.exe" and launch, its already configured then make sure its minimized
4. Hotspot your connection or insert your suscribed mtn sim in your modem and configure modem
Apn : web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
5.Open any of your browser and configure
Proxy: 127.0.0.1
Port: 8080
Note: You must tick use proxy for all protocols
